You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. We call this 30 Days Easy Returns – no complicated forms, no hidden fees.
Free Returns
Returns are free for all eligible items. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. No restocking fee will be charged.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a free return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In its original packaging (including tags, boxes, and bags).
- Returned for a quality-related issue, or simply because you changed your mind – we accept both.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards, final sale items, or products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.
How to Return
- Email info@camper.pics with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Affix the label and drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

Refund Timeline
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 1–2 business days.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal).
- The refund may take 7–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Late or Missing Refunds
