Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free shipping on every order to the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase required. We do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories at this time.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. If you order before 6:00 PM Central Time (Monday – Friday) , your order is dispatched the same business day. Delivery time within the contiguous US is 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package.
Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
